Setting up your account

Welcome to Galvix, your comprehensive platform for simplifying sales tax management. Follow these step-by-step instructions to set up your account and embark on a seamless journey to effective sales tax compliance.


New User Registration:

  1. Visit the Galvix platform and click on the "Sign Up" button.
  2. Fill in your Full Name, Email Address, and create a secure Password.
  3. Choose Nexus Tracker from our product offerings.


Alternatively, if you have a QuickBooks account, choose the QuickBooks integration option and follow the authentication process.


Quickbooks Sign up:

  1. If opting for QuickBooks integration, you'll be redirected to the QuickBooks login page.
  2. Sign in to your QuickBooks account, select the relevant company, and grant necessary permissions.
  3. Complete the 3-step onboarding flow, including adding/changing business information obtained from QuickBooks, and choosing the state’s in which you are already registered for sales tax.

Congratulations! You've successfully set up your Galvix account and are ready to leverage its powerful features for effective sales tax management.
