Importing Transactions from Stripe, QuickBooks.

Now that you have finished setting up your account, it’s time to import your data to start your nexus analysis. We currently support connecting with billing systems like Quickbooks and Stripe to quickly import your data while more integrations are on its way!

Follow these step-by-step instructions to connect to your data source.

  1. In the Galvix platform, go to "Settings" and select "Data Sources."

  2. Click on "Connect a Data Source" and select your billing system and your billing timezone from the available options.

  3. You'll be redirected to the login page of your billing system. Log in to your billing system’s account and authorize Galvix to access your billing system’s data by following the on-screen instructions.

  4. Galvix will detect products from your billing system. Assign product types and categories for accurate tax calculations.

  5. Decide whether to import past transactions and sync new transactions automatically.

  6. Complete the setup, and your billing system will be listed under connected data sources.

By following these steps, you can seamlessly import transactions from Stripe and QuickBooks into the Galvix platform, ensuring that your sales tax calculations are accurate and compliant.
